Note Weapons add to the Reach of this maneuver.
Effect Successes reduce successes of the attacker.
Effect The blocking arm or weapon must Soak (separate roll) damage equal to half (rounding down) the number of successes the attack was reduced by. If the attack was completely blocked, excess successes reduce the amount the arm or weapon must Soak.
Note Can not be performed while Prone.
