Mechanics - Maneuvers - Brawl - Dot 3 - Reactive Grab
You see this in kung fu movies, the old master who, while unarmed, happily tosses around attacking swordsfolk.
|Respond’s to||You have just performed a bare handed Block, or a Step and Deflect maneuver against an attack and have excess successes equal to half (rounding down) the difference between the initiative score of your next turn in this round and the initiative score of the currently acting attacker.|
|Effect||May immediately Grab your attacker who has not yet reset their Successive Action Penalty. A successful Grab will then allow you to then perform an attack etc. Grabbing uses up the Main action from your next turn.|
