An Awakened’s ‘natural’ healing is accelerated:

Action Sleep, Once per Day.
Roll None.
Cost None.
Effect Heal 2 Bashing damage.
Alternate Effect Heal 1 Bashing, and Reduce 1 Lethal to Bashing damage.
Alternate Effect Heal 1 Lethal damage.
Alternate Effect Reduce 1 Aggravated to Lethal damage.
Note The alternative effects aren’t optional, start from the top and use the first that applies.



An Awakened can rapidly regenerate damage from all but the worst of injuries:

Action Negligible, Once per Turn.
Roll [Stamina + Survival + Release Level, up to dots in Introspection].
Cost Up to 1 Aura per success.
Effect Heal up to the vessel’s Stamina worth of Stagger Penalty per point of Aura spent.
Effect Heal 1 Bashing damage per point of Aura spent.
Alternate Effect Reduce 1 Lethal to Bashing damage per point of Aura spent.
Alternate Effect Reduce 1 Aggravated to Lethal damage per 2 points of Aura spent.
Note If taking Wound Penalties an Awakened at any Temptation State will probably need to Resist Temptation or else Regenerate at the start of their turn as first action after Manifesting Aura.
Note The Awakened can actively choose which wounds / damage to regenerate.
Note Reducing Aggravated damage can be spread over multiple turns. Keep track of Aura spent. The wound only improves when both points spent.
Note This usage does not regenerate extreme damage like missing limbs or splattered organs, nor can it return life to a corpse (see below for appropriate usage).
Note This usage can regenerate damage which exceeds the Awakened’s Health (ie while dead), as long as the Awakened’s consciousness is in the Domain, their soul is still in their body, and the damage isn’t extreme. Oh and as long as they have dice left to roll while taking wound penalties, and Aura left to spend (can’t use Manifest Aura while dead). But, if you manage despite all that to get to the point where damage is less than Health then death was not the end!



An Awakened can rebuild their vessel’s body to recover from extreme damage (eg: lost limbs, illness, age, decay, etc) and / or death:

Requires Must be at the Domain.
Requires Must be in contact with the vessel’s body.
Action Sleep, Once per Day, Extended.
Roll [ Release Level].
Cost Will and Essence, the storyteller will work out how much.
Effect Heal damage, regrow missing parts, return life to the flesh.
Note May require several days.



Note: This is an Innate Power that the character gains on Awakening.
